Breathwork and Meditation are powerful practices that help you calm your nervous system and reconnect with yourself.
Shadow work helps you become aware of the unconscious patterns, fears, and beliefs that quietly influence your thoughts and behaviors. By bringing these hidden parts into awareness with compassion, you gain more choice, emotional freedom, and a deeper sense of wholeness.
The benefit of an individual session is that it is tailored to your individual needs. Amy will send you a questionnaire prior to your first session to gain a snap shot of your history and current needs. Based on your individual plan, Amy will carefully curate a Breathwork and Meditation sequence for you. At the end of the session you will be given breathwork plan to practice on your own.
Breathwork and Meditation are simple yet powerful practices that help calm the mind, relax the body, and bring you back into the present moment. Through guided breathing and gentle awareness, you’ll learn how to release stress, quiet mental chatter, and reconnect with yourself. We have mats, the blankets and bolsters. You only need to bring yourself unless you want to bring your own mat!

Your Questions, Answered
Do I need prior breathwork and meditation experience?
Not at all! Our classes are designed for beginners. Your faciliator, Amy will begin each with gathering information about yourself and your history. Amy will then explaining and demonstrate breathwork techniques. You always have the option to return to your natural breath when needed.
What equipment is required for online classes?
Stable internet connection. A pillow, cushion or comfy chair to sit on.
